Due to the job being a listed building great care was taken in the design of the electrical installation. To keep with the old farm house theme, brass sockets and switches were installed as per the architects instruction. Existing old light fittings were refurbished and reinstalled, which the customer was very happy with.
After completion of the original project we were invited back to wire a new two story guest house built on the property complete with garage.

Barn Conversion In Cropwell Butler
Although challenging at times this was a great job to work on. This barn conversion in Cropwell Butler boasted high ceilings and exposed timbers and joists which look fantastic. All the light fittings were chosen by the client and we were both pleased with the end result. So much so that we were invited back to wire a small extension a few years after.

New Build In Congerstone
A very modern and sleek looking job. No expense was spared on this job with likes to electrical accessories. All of the up and down outside lights were controlled via timeclocks and photocells. All of the light fittings were supplied by the customer who had some great deign ideas. We even put a twin socket in a mirror on a dressing table for convenience for the client.

This project also boasts underfloor heating, LED lighting throughout and a small workshop/office building at the bottom of the garden.

Ribbon Strip Lighting
Here is a sample of the latest trend when it comes to under cupboard, shelving and cabinet lighting. The LED ribbon strip is a cost effective, practical and low running cost alternative to traditional under cupboard lighting schemes.

The light in which it produces is evenly distributed along its length which gives you a great light output on the desired surface for roughly a fifth of the running cost of a standard halogen lamp used in other under cupboard lights. -
House Conversion In Normanton-on-the-Wolds
This was a brilliant extension project in Normanton-on-the-Wolds. The well designed kitchen was fitted out with trendy plinth lights, under cupboard lighting and recessed spot lights along with chrome sockets throughout.
The bedroom upstairs had recessed LED down lights fitted to maximise head room and give a modern lighting finish.
