this was a tricky one we altered what was one showroom and a workshop into 3 showrooms, the workshop was completely stripped out
including a centre wall that had all the existing electrical distribution on, we extended and moved all this into a different room to include new distribution boards, panel boards and sub mains while the existing showroom was still running
then we installed new lighting, emergency lighting , general power to the 2 new showrooms
including a complete new addressable fire alarm system to the whole building

this new build flag ship Porsche has been completed to a very high standard, taken a lot of time to design and install
the main showroom area has fagerhult lighting installed this is all controlled via CP control systems so lights can be scene set for different
events, dimming various areas
back of house areas have absence detector switching with some rooms being scene switched as well

Porsche - Wolverhampton
This was a complete new build shell when we arrived on site. After numerous meetings and 16 weeks of hard work we had created an excellent quality show room for Porsche. The attention to detail was incredible. The complex lighting scheme ensured that all the cars look their best at all times.

Nissan - Stamford Hill, North London
Nissan - Stamford Hill was a modernisation and alteration job that had a 20 week programme. It was previously an old Ford showroom that was to be transformed into the latest Nissan showroom for that area.

Fast forward 20 weeks to a now brand new, good looking showroom with high quality LED lighting, fully functioning workshop complete with 3 + 5 tonne ramps, MOT bay and brake tester.

An excellent refurbishment for Landrover in Stockton for Davlyn Construction.
The lighting design was very unique and has a brilliant effect when all the cars were brought in and positioned. This job boasted LED lighting in all the offices as well as floor boxes located in the main showroom.
All the communal areas boast recessed down lights, big feature lights and floor boxes. -
Renault Showroom
This Glyn Hopkin Renault showroom and workshops was a complete re mod, all new lighting throughout switched via time clocks and occupancy sensors, new galvanized trunking to workshop for ramps etc. power to work stations, external LED flood lighting to car park areas.
